As a senior VMWare and Windows systems engineer, I had the opportunity to start my new role with the understanding that it would begin with a six-month trial period. Despite the temporary nature of the position, the challenges and growth potential of the job were compelling.

During my time in this role, I was able to develop and expand my skills as a systems engineer. This growth was due in large part to the challenges presented by the complex VMWare and Windows systems that I encountered daily. I relished the opportunity to learn and expand my understanding of these systems in a real-world environment.

At the same time, the opportunity to work in a temporary role allowed me to assess how well I fit within the company culture, and whether or not the position would be a good long-term fit. As it turned out, the fit was excellent, and I was offered a permanent full-time position after the initial six-month period.

Overall, the temporary role as a senior VMWare and Windows systems engineer provided me with the opportunity to grow professionally and evaluate my career path. The experience proved invaluable and set the stage for long-term success and growth within the company.
